I'm sorry not to use Catalan.

As an admin of Japanese community central, I'd like to use my bot account, User:Plover-bot on this Catalan community central, too. (I'll use it to make interlanguage links at help pages.)

Would you please allow me to request bot approval? Japanese Wikia staff said if I would be allowed, they would give me a bot flag.
